From start to finish, using JB Nealy Fence was a great experience. The entire process was smooth and easy. They tore out and replaced an existing fence. To start with, we received a reasonable quote. Every step of the project happened exactly as we were told it would. The people that delivered the materials and dumpster were on time and friendly. The new fence looks amazing. The arches look perfect. The workmanship was definitely well above average. I highly recommend them.

A couple of months ago JB Nealy Fence put up a fence at both of my properties, they really out did themselves and the best part they were so professional from beginning to end. And when I'm done with my third property I will be hiring them to put up a fence there too.

So, I called JB Nealy for a fence estimate around my pool on a Wednesday. Bradley came out that very afternoon and took some measurements and quoted me on the spot. Said he could get to it the next morning. Impressive. I prefer to keep my business local and gave him a deposit. The next day, the guys showed up, removed the old fence around my pool and started right away. They were precise, efficient and meticulous in getting things right and they way I wanted it. Not saying I was micromanaging, but the information I gave them, they followed everything to the letter. They ended up finishing the following morning and everyone in my family was impressed with how quick it went and how beautifully installed the fence was. Not a single drop of trash was left behind. Just had JB Nealy repair my fence and I could not be happier. I went from quote to a fixed fence in a few days. I was done getting quotes after first conversation. Great service, communication, attention to detail. All boxes checked. I was home while team installed fence and it appeared to be complete but as team tested they were seeing something they didn't like. I did not see what they saw but I watched them take it down and go into a few hours of work to move post and get it perfect for us. This sort of integrity is how you keep business. Guys also did work for widow across the street and worked with her to fit with within her budget.

I had them install 3500 feet of goat fencing. All 7-8” wood posts set 8’ apart. Bracing every 100’ and at corners. Bracing on both sides of openings. Fence turned out beautifully. Completely satisfied with finished product. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thank yall for the good job.

JB and his team did a great job on replacing our fence that had fallen down due to damage from Hurricane Helene. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. We are not local so a big shout out to him and his team for making the 1.5 hour each way drives to get the job done!

Bradley and his team installed 350 linear feet of wooden fence 6 feet tall Charlestown style at my new house in Elgin. His work was perfectly straight and of craftsman quality. We had JB Nealy Fence install a Charleston style fence and the workmanship was great. Overall good experience.

Bradley did an amazing job! I called to have my gate moved back and widened. The previous owner of my house installed the fence, but had the gate right in front of the gas meter making it 1) unsafe and 2) impossible to barely get a push mower through. The previous owner didn’t seal the fence either, and because of the slope of the neighbors yard there was a drainage problem on the left where it permanently felt like that side of the yard was a swamp. Bradley came with his crew and gave me the best options with fair pricing. My only deal breaker was if he couldn’t get it done before the end of the month because I was having hardscapers coming who needed the gate to be much bigger to get their equipment through. Bradley promised he could do it by 12 October, so I hired him in faith he’d keep his word despite the whole town needing fence repairs after the hurricane Helene. In fact, he and his crew got it done more than a week ahead of schedule! All the work included a French drain, digging out 2/3 of the fence line and laying rocks under the side of the fence with the drainage problem, capping and moving sprinklers, removing the old gate and installing the new one a few feet back with the metal bars, pressure washing and staining my fence. He even picked up the stain I ordered from Lowes for me so I didn’t have to worry about doing those things after work. He was really nice because I moved into the house only a couple months ago and had yet to meet my neighbors, so since he was working on the fence, he went with me to talk to my neighbors on both sides to explain what he was doing and make sure they were cool with it. Turned out they were both really happy I was beautifying the fence and fixing drainage problems we all had. I highly recommend his company, because he will make sure you are 100% satisfied and keep you in the loop the whole time before he calls the job complete.

I have seen them take a deck that was chicken kaka and turn it into chicken salad. Of course that's an analogy, but it is one most Southerners can understand.
