Who we are
Who is JB Nealy Fence?
JB Nealy Fence is a family owned, locally owned company based in Elgin, South Carolina, and we are insured. Fences, decks and screen porches lead our work, and we build all three year round. On the fence side that means wood privacy, board on board, shadow box and picket, white and tan vinyl, black aluminum for pools and driveway gates, chain link for dogs and back lots, and farm fence on wood posts.
We also stain and seal fences, repair sections, boards and gates, and build pergolas. The crew can handle county permits and HOA requirements, so you are not left sorting that out alone. We build across Elgin, Columbia, Lexington, Sumter, Florence, Rock Hill and the other towns we list, including Monroe, North Carolina. The first steps are simple: we walk the property with you and mark the line before we build.
